Important Note to Vendors:
Quotes shall be for items specified, no substitutions shall be awarded.
If the Quoter is under N.Y. State Contract for the listed items, the price per unit quoted for Rockland County can be no higher than the price per unit quoted to N.Y. State for like units. If under N.Y. State Contract, state contract number.
Quantities are estimated usage by the County of Rockland, not necessarily quantites ordered. Quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs and available funds of the County.
Patch must have FDA Approval, patch must test for cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, PCP and Marijuana, Analysis must use an immunoassay for the initial tesr and GC/MS for confirmatory test, patch must test for parent drug and metabolite, must have the ability to identify any tampering or adulteration, must provide chain of custody documentation, must have turnaround time of 24 hours for negative results and 48-72 hours for positive results.
Pricing for the two line items, should be submitted as though the County shall purchase a complete package of a box of 50 patches including 50 screens including if positive 50 confirmations. A purchase order shall be issued and the vendor shall be paid when the vendor issues an invoice.
