RFB-FTA-RC-2014-009 - Paratransit Buses, 22-24’ with 158/159” Wheelbase

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland, Department of Public Transportation requests proposals for the manufacture and delivery of Paratransit buses in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. The Contract shall be a firm-fixed price Contract. The County of Rockland, Department of Public Transportation intends to buy 19 - 22/24 - 158” Wheel Base Paratransit Buses and selected options upon contract award. Pricing for any additional purchases “Optional (2015 & 2016)” units will remain fixed as indicated in the Initial Section (lines 1 through 5), for one year after the delivery of the last bus of the first order. After that time, any additional units ordered will be based on the pricing offered (Lines 8 through 19). The award will be a single award to the lowest responsible vendor based on the total pricing schedule indicated on line #22 at the time of award.
