PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF FORENSIC EQUIPMENT/TOOL SOLUTIONS SPECIFIC TO MOBILE DEVICES FROM TEEL, INC. (TEEL TECHNOLOGIES)
The County of Rockland intends to issue a Sole Source award to Teel, Inc. (Teel Technologies) for their
AP-NCKDONGLE activated with ACT1 ($125.)), AP-BSTDONGLE w/dongle ($99.00), AP-Miraclebox w/Miracle Key Dongle ($205.00), AP-XPIN-Full-Set ($1,175.00) with Pattern Lock Adapter for Device Unlocking, AP-SDCHIP-TS13 set of 13 SD Chip Test Socket Adapters ($4,399.00).
This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy and shall be an addition to existing Teel Forensic Tools and Software.
This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
Any interested party that believes they can provide the Forensic Tools noted above by Teel Technologies shall submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this notice can be met; no later than 3:00 pm, July 26, 2018. A determination by the County not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the County. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation.
