Samples may be required of products quoted as approved equals. Samples must be received by the Purchasing Dept. within 5 days of request.

The County of Rockland's decision whether a product shall be considered as an equal is final.

If quoted item states that an item is as specified, then no substitutes shall be awarded.

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

Prices quoted shall be FOB:Destination.

The County of Rockland reserves the right to award this quote by the lowest total as a group or on a line by line basis, whichever method is in the best interest of the County.
