Summary of Specifications:
The Contractor shall stabilize both banks of the Naurashaun Brook near Pelham Avenue in the Towm of Clarkstown with heavy stone fill, and restore the area with topsoil and seed. This shall include excavation and disposal, embankment stabilization, clearing and grubbing, and water diversion as required to access the work area and stabilize the site. The site shall be restored upon completion of the embankment stabilization. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
