If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

The County of Rockland's decision if the product submitted shall be considered as an equal is final.

Quantiites are estimated use by the County of Rockland not necessarily quantities ordered. Quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

Prices quoted shall be delivered prices, F.O.B. Destination.

Samples may be required for all quotes for approved equal products. Samples must be received within five days of request.

The County of Rockland reserves the right to award this quote by the lowest total as a group or on a line by line basis, which ever method is in the best interest of the County.
