Summary of Specifications:
For the purpose of implementing Media and Public Relations Program Management Services, the County of Rockland, is seeking proposals that offer flexible solutions and alternatives in handling various, countywide, media and public relation campaigns on an as needed basis. The Human Rights Commission, of the County of Rockland, has an immediate need for the design of a advertising and media campaign to include planning, design and placement of advertising in recommended venues and the design of various brochures regarding human rights laws and a journal reflecting budget and services. The specifications and cost for the Human Rights Commission project can be found Part 2 of Section 3 -Cost. 

This RFP has been designated as a “Multiple Award Request for Proposal”. The County of Rockland reserves the right to award total RFP or to multiple vendors, in the best interest of the County.
