Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is seeking proposals for a competent, experienced and qualified New York State Legislative Lobbying Firm as requested by the Rockland County Executive. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES The County is seeking to contract with a New York State Lobbyist Firm to assist the County in advancing its initiatives by developing and executing strategic efforts at the state level to bring more dollars back to Rockland County. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will assist the County Executive in determining the feasibility of hiring a state lobbyist firm; the viable companies that provide such services; and the potential costs for such services.
