Description

The Rockland County Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking a contractor to repair and inspect 9 out of service ladders to return back in service for safe and functional use.
It is recommended that a contractor submitting a quote attend the scheduled site visit. A site visit is scheduled for 10AM ,Tuesday May 20th, 2025 at the Rockland County Fire Training Center, 35 Firemens Memorial Drive, Pomona, New York. The contractor shall submit one lump sum price for all repairs and inspections needed to return all ladders back in service. Ladders consist of several extension ladders and attic ladders, in need of new ropes, pulleys, and other components.
Please call 845-364-8927 if you plan on attending.
Lump sum pricing shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the scope of work. There shall be no additional charges for travel time.
Contractor shall warrant, for a period of one year, all replaced and repaired components and workmanship.
