Summary of Specifications:
To minimize driver liability and protect the County of Rockland, the County is seeking to identify and hire a qualified service provider or organization to assist in the license monitoring of County of Rockland Vehicle Operator Employees by monitoring employee driver records 24/7/365.
The County will issue a formal Request for Proposal to receive proposals for the services listed below based upon the response to this Request for Information.
The service provider will provide the County with the following services:
· Provide instant real-time motor vehicle record notification of approx. 600 employees of all driver license activity and changes of driver license status. · After initial set up and initial driving history of each employee driver the County will receive email status alerts of suspensions, revocations, expirations, court convictions, accidents, restorations, accident prevention courses.
Interested firms should send a letter of interest and qualifications of similar services with a detailed explanation their program, expenses, rates and any additional costs associated with their services by March 12, 2004. Examples and/or brochures shall also be included
