SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION #: SSN-RC-2016-039 PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO Rockland Housing Coalition, Inc. $47,250.00 The County of Rockland is considering the issuance of a Sole Source award to Rockland Housing Coalition, Inc. for the provision of housing counseling services to residents of Rockland County. This award may be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy. The contract fills a need for: Provide housing counseling, construct affordable housing and manage low income rental complexes. Provide housing counseling on an individual basis to Rockland County Residents. Present housing seminars at various locations throughout to the County. Onsite property managers at various sites throughout Rockland to assist tenants with their housing and financial issues by referral to government agencies and/or community groups that provide services.
