SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION #: SSN-RC-2016-37 PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO CENTER FOR SAFETY AND CHANGE, INC. TO PROVIDE NON-RESIDENTIAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SERVICES - $400,679 The County of Rockland is considering the issuance of a Sole Source award to Center for Safety and Change, Inc. for the provision of Non-Residential Domestic Violence Services to residents of Rockland County. This award may be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy. The contract fills a need for: Services for victims of all forms of intimate partner violence including domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking who do not require or desire residential placement.
