If quoter is under N.Y. State Contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted for Rockland County can be no higher than the price on State Contract. If under State Contract, please state N.Y. State Contract number.

Quantities are estimated, quantities may be greater or less than those quantities stated depending on the needs of the County.

Prices Quoted Shall be F.O.B. Destination.

The County of Rockland reserves the right to award by line item or in it's entirety.
