RFB-RC-2016-074 - Groundskeeping Equipment - Repair Parts and Supplies

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is looking for one or more vendors to supply repair parts and supplies for commercial grounds keeping equipment for in-house repairs performed by Rockland County facilities. New grounds keeping equipment costing $750 or less may also be purchased at the manufacturer discounts offered in response to this solicitation. PRICING The price quoted shall be in the form of a percent discount from manufacturer’s suggested retail/list price. List/Retail price shall be defined as that published in the manufacturer’s latest standard printed price list, and so recognized by the trade. Bidders shall enter, in the space provided, the applicable discount which shall remain firm for the life of the contract. Bidders shall submit a current price list and/or catalog with their bid. If price list shows more than one (1) column of prices, bidders are to clearly mark which price column is applicable.
