TERM:            Prices to remain firm for the period of six (6) months with three (3) six (6) month option from date of award

Grant Funding:  The orders placed for these folders are processed using NYS or other Grant Funds.  Therefore, respondents to this quote shall indicate how they intend to meet the 30% NYS MWBE Grant requirement and if their firm is currently on the state list and include a copy of their NYS MWBE certificate. NYS Certified MBE/WBE FIRMS shall be considered in the evaluation of the award.

Scope:
 

• Description:  Folder, Legal, Redrope all panels, 10” x 15” with 1” End Tab; 3 ½” Expansion, Cocoa Swirl Tyvek, Back size-9 ½” x 15 ½”, Front size – 9 ½” x 14 ¾”, Reinforced end tab, black printing on outside front, 1 ¼” Flap with 8 scores, wraparound elastic code closure with brass eyelet to prevent cord tear out.  Redwell, Esselte Pendaflex or Smead or equal.  Response shall specify brand name and part number.
• Sample:  A sample of product being offered shall be provided within three (3) days upon request.
• Proof & Approval:  Pricing shall include all typesetting and Proofs.  Written Approval of hard copy proof required from authorized Rockland County District Attorney Representative prior to printing.

• Corrections:  There shall be no additional cost for corrections.
• Overruns:  There shall be no overruns.
• Delivery: Unit Pricing to include FOB Destination.  Inside delivery is required. No loading dock at location.
