The County of Rockland is seeking bids from Energy Service Companies to provide firm electricity and firm natural gas supply. This is a cooperative purchase that includes the County of Rockland, Rockland County Sewer District No. 1, the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority, and Rockland Community College.
