Summary of Specifications:
The Rockland County Drainage Agency (RCDA) is soliciting proposals for an Engineering Consultant to provide construction inspection services for the Pascack Brook Bypass Culvert Construction Project in Spring Valley, New York. It is anticipated that construction will begin in August of 2013 with duration of eighteen months. The RCDA is seeking to retain a consultant that will provide up to three persons for the field inspection staff during this period.
