Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids will be received until 3:00 pm, June 25, 2004 for the Electrical Portion of Project #4446-02 which involves the removal and replacement of a new roof on Building A, 50 Sanatorium Road, Pomona, NY as per the bid specifications. A Pre-Bid will be held on June 21, 2004, at 11:00 am, at the Construction Office, located in Bldg. A, 2nd Floor, 50 Sanatorium Road, Pomona, NY 10970. This is a re-bid of an earlier solicitation where there were no responses to the electrical portion of the bid. Copies of the specifications may be optained at the Purchasing Department, also located at the above address, upon deposit of a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of $100.00 made payable to the Rockland County Commissioner of Finance which will be refunded upon return of the same to the Purchasing Department.
