RFQ-RC-2012-015 - Dressing, Wound

If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications. 



The County of Rockland's decision if the unit shall be considered as an equal is final. 

Prices shall be valid for one year from date of an award. 



Quantities are estimated annual use by the County of Rockland not necessarily quantities ordered. In 2011, average orders were 5-10 boxes per order for a total 103 boxes annually. Quantities are based on patients needing this type of dressing.  

Prices quoted shall include shipping in the unit price submitted. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination, Prepaid and Allowed. 

For all submitted equal products a sample may be required and shall be furnished within 5 days of request. If requested, two boxes shall be required for evaluation purposes. 

Award shall be made to the approved product with the lowest price.
