The contract fills a need for and services to be provided:

The Coordinator will provide coordination and maintain data for Domestic Violence Courts in the Towns of Clarkstown, Ramapo, Spring Valley, Haverstraw and Orangetown as well as the integrated domestic violence court and provide direct services including bu not limited to advocacy, counseling and supportive services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

This award may be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy.
