Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland District Attorney’s Office seeks to identify qualified firms to Digitize (Scan) archived legal files into a secure and encrypted database (providing Docuware or equivalent software) with integration to LegalEdge Case Management Software.
Estimated Quantities: Justice Court Files: 650 boxes (5 Years) = 1,625,000 pages Indictments: 5,000 cases (150 pages/case) = 750,000 pages
The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified firms that can provide the services identified above. Firms shall have documented expertise in digitizing legal records for District Attorney Offices as well as documented experience integrating a secure and encrypted database with LegalEdge Case Management Software or other similar case management system. Experience working with confidential records is also necessary.
The District Attorney’s Office seeks a turnkey solution including scanning, consulting, software/database design, and onsite services.
