Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is seeking sealed bids for scanning of bound mortgage books to be performed at the COUNTY OF ROCKLAND ARCHIVES AND RECORD CENTER, SANATORIUM ROAD, BUILDING S, POMONA, NY 10970. The Contractor shall provide Onsite Scanning services to electronically capture images from Bound Mortgage Record Books from 1798 through 1915 and provide the images on media for processing in Cott’s Online Index Books. There are approximately 214 books containing 128,000 images.
