RFP-RC-06-005 - Dietician Consultant for Office for the Aging & Other Agn., QSL, A

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland is currently seeking proposals for Dietician Consulting services from individuals and/or providers to form a Qualified Suppliers List to provide the services described to provide consulting services for assurance that all our subcontracted nutrition service providers comply with all applications federal, state and local laws, program instructions, regulations and standards funded through Older Americans Act under the auspices of the Rockland County Office for the Aging. Other authorized County agencies shall also have access to this Request for Proposal, on an as needed basis. 



The contractor is required to be appropriately certified / licensed by the State of New York to perform related work. License must be maintained while rendering services specified in this Request for Proposal. Copy of the required licenses shall be kept up-to-date and provided to the Purchasing Department as they become available
