Summary of Specifications:
Consulting Services to Assist in the Purchase and Implementation of a Patient Information Software and Electronic Medical Records System. The County of Rockland is seeking to identify qualified and interested consulting firm(s) or organization(s) to assist in the decision to purchase and implement a Patient Information and Electronic Medical RecordsSystem(s). The Scope of Work will be performed in three phases. The consultant will assist in performing a needs analysis, designing and providing written Request for Proposal specifications for the County of Rockland to let out, identify and assist in applying for available stimulus funding, facilitate the evaluation process and assist the procurement and legal teams in contract negotiations in developing software license and implementation service agreements.
