RFP-RC-2016-030 - Confidential Financial Consultant Services

The County of Rockland seeks proposals from independent contractors for Confidential Financial Consultant Services for the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. A contract will be issued based on responses to this Request for Proposals.  A compensation range is set by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office and cost proposals shall be submitted with each response based on providing approximately 25 hours of service per week. Independent Contractors are required to meet the County’s Insurance requirements.
 
The Confidential Financial Consultant shall be a results-oriented executive with significant and diverse financial, management and accounting expertise gained in a Fortune 50 global fast moving multi-faceted or equivalent setting, with proven accomplishments in cost management, capital investments, supplier relations, procurement, system development and finance staff recruitment and development. The Confidential Financial Consultant will work directly for the Rockland County District Attorney. Approximately 25 hours per week are estimated.
