RFP-RC-02-016 - Computer / Printer and Peripherals, Maintenance and Repair

Summary of Specifications:
County of Rockland intends for this RFP to result in the selection of one or more providers of computer / printer and peripherals repair corporations. There are approx. 1500-2000 active users that are located in over 40 separate departments throughout several County of Rockland government campuses and satillites. This RFP will provide maintenance and repair for personal computer equipment, which is comprised of, but not limited to Desktop PC's Laptop PC's, laser printers, inkjet printers, monitors, keyboards and various peripheral equipment on an as needed, time and materials basis. Contractors must have authorized repair persons for the various brands as listed in the RFP.
