RFB-RC-05-152 - Commuter Coaches, 45' for County of Rockland

Summary of Specifications:
The Contract shall be a firm-fixed price Contract. The County of Rockland, Department of Public Transportation intends to buy 8 commuter coaches, with a minimum, but not limited to, three with an optional lavatory; and with the option to purchase 4 additional buses with or without the lavatory option. Pricing for any additional purchases “Optional” units will remain fixed for one year after the delivery of the last bus of the first order as indicated for Section 1. After that time, any additional units ordered will be based on the pricing offered for Section 2 – Optional Units. The award will be a single award to the lowest responsible vendor based on the total pricing schedule indicated on line #20 at the time of award.
