Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide commissary services to the inmates of Rockland County at the Eugene J. Grogan Correctional Facility. This correctional facility average population is 225 inmates. This RFP is to locate a competent, reliable, professional services contractor who can fulfill all obligations of this RFP and to ultimately eliminate contraband smuggling, personal cash availability management liabilities, ineffectual employee tasks; as well as, to generate revenue through commissions back to the County.
