COUNTY HAS THE RIGHT TO INCREASE/DECREASE THE QUANTITY OF EACH ITEM BASED ON DEPARTMENTS NEEDS.
THIS CONTRACT MAY BE PIGGYBACKABLE BY OTHER NON PROFIT AGENCIES OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
