Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to secure fixed pricing for repair and inspection services for Cleaver Brooks Boilers located at the Rockland County Robert Yeager Health Complex, 50 Sanatorium Road, Building E, Utility Plant, Pomona, NY 10970. All material required shall be Cleaver Brooks factory supplied and Cleaver Brooks factory trained personnel shall perform labor. New parts will be warranted for a period of one (I) year from date of delivery under normal operating conditions. New York State Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll Requirements apply to the contract for these repairs.
