Summary of Specifications:
Provide all facilities, equipment, materials, parts, and labor necessary to repair damaged vehicles. The bid is divided into sections. Bidders are advised to review the specifications and proposal pages carefully. Some sections of the bid require after market parts certified by the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA-certified parts), and OEM parts are required in others. The bid will be awarded by section to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the requirements for the respective section. Bidders are not required to bid on all sections in order to qualify for an award.
