Summary of Specifications:
The County of Rockland has issued this RFP to contract with a qualified consultant or organization to complete an “Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice” (AI). Our intent is to contract with a firm by early July for document completion by December 31, 2009. This schedule will allow the AI information to be utilized in our respective Consolidated Plan and Annual Plan preparations. The County invites proposals from interested and qualified organizations having housing related activities, programs and/or interests and an understanding of fair-housing issues and requirements
