Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to provide the County of Rockland, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking to obtain from qualified professional Architectural/Engineering firms, design services for the preparation and development of plans and specifications for the New Technology Building at the Rockland Community College Campus, located at 145 College Road, Suffern, New York. These plans and specifications shall be in complete compliance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, the New York State Wicks Law, and all other governing agency codes and standards. The County of Rockland, Facilities Management Division, is seeking to enter into a contract for Architectural / Engineering Design Services for development of Plans and Specifications and other related construction services, for the construction of the New Technology Building. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING is scheduled for November 6, 2002, 10:00 am.
