Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange seeks firms that are experts in reviewing wireless telecommunication costs incurred by the County. The objective of the review is to identify current and past billing overcharges for improper tariff rates and other items, to negotiate refunds with suppliers on behalf of the County, and to identify on- going savings opportunities which can be implemented by Bidder on behalf of County.

The reviews will cover the maximum period that refunds can be obtained as allowed by law and regulation. Quantitative and narrative reports should be provided that indicate work accomplished and results, including refunds recovered and savings produced.
