Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the Count of Orange to secure a vendor to provide Trench Boxes to be furnished and delivered to the Orange County Department of Public Works, 2455-2459 Route 17M, Goshen, New York, 10924 or any other county agency when specified. Award of contract will be made to the lowest responsible qualified bidder whose proposal shall comply with all provisions required to render it formal. Upon the award a Purchase Order will be issued. There may be several purchase orders made throughout the contract period, which may consist of various quantities.
