Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange, by and through its Finance Department, is seeking qualified firm(s) to perform title searches of real property parcels in conjunction with its real property tax foreclosure process. Pursuant to various judicial decisions the public records relating to the parcels to be sold at public auction must be examined so that the County can provide proper and reasonable notice to mortgagees, lien holders and other interested parties with any legal interest in the parcels to be offered for sale at the auction proceedings.
