RFB-DPW-10-2003 - The Structural Repair of the Thomas Bull Memorial Park Lodge

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes the erection of structural members,which will provide additional bracing of the two gable end walls of the Lodge at the Thomas Bull Park. The work includes the installation of Microlam beams and knee braces along the two gable end walls and the erection of column supports under the beams. Additional work includes the construction of concrete footings to support some of the existing columns and the installation of all required attachments as detailed on the attached plans, “Orange County Park Service Building Temporary Wall Reinforcing,” dated “April 4, 2002,” which are made part of this specifications.
