Summary of Specifications:
The term VENDOR referred to in these specifications shall refer to either the Pre-Assembled Building Manufacturer or Pre-Assembled Building Certified Dealer. The Term OWNER shall refer to the Orange County Department of Public Works, Division of Environmental Facilities & Services.
