Summary of Specifications:
Orange County is accepting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations having specific experience as identified in this proposal. Generally, the successful proposer will supply medications to one or more agencies as identified in this proposal in accordance with all applicable statutes that govern the dispensing and distribution of FDA authorized medications as prescribed by various Physicians contracted or sub-contracted by the County of Orange, NY. The Contractor must have the ability to fill prescriptions seven (7) days per week, and service both facilities as described herein.
