Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange, Office for the Aging, is seeking qualified vendors to provide various personal care items to recipients of the EISEP Program funded through the New York State Office for the Aging. The Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) provides non-medical in-home services, case management, respite and ancillary services to the frail elderly, most of whom are low income but not eligible for Medicaid. Recipients are required to cost-share, based on their annual income level, for EISEP program services received. Almost 33,000 persons are served under this program (State-wide).
