Summary of Specifications:
The Work consists of, but is not limited to; (1) the construction of a new three story, 90,000 SF steel framed and pre-cast concrete 911 facility including all site work, access roads, landscaping, parking areas, drainage and detention facilities, a 200 foot antenna tower, 2 power generators, all building systems, dry coolers, piping, and appurtenances. The building will also include an auditorium, classrooms, cafeteria, full kitchen, 911 dispatch center, emergency operations center, data center, lockers, showers, toilet rooms, and administrative offices on each floor The work will take place on vacant land at 22 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, New York 10924; and (2) remodeling work at the 12,800 SF existing Fire Training Center which is located at 9 Training Center Lane, New Hampton, New York 10958,
