Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing moving services for the Orange County Board of Elections (BOE) for the Primary Election on September 15, 2009 and the General Election on November 3, 2009. Machines and other required equipment will be moved from a central storage facility to various election polling locations throughout Orange County. This scope of work includes the moving of lever machines (old style) and the brand new optical scan machines (electronic). Approximate weights and dimensions are included in this bid specification.
