Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange has experienced issues during the past several years with mosquitoes and the threat of spreading the "West Nile" virus. As a result, during the past several years the County has distributed free of charge to County residents, retail sized cans of insect repellent. It is the intent of the County to secure a contractor to provide this insect repellent in order to continue this distribution program.
