Summary of Specifications:
It is OCDSS’ plan to secure a network based Document Imaging and Management Software system (System). The System will support record management in the Day Care Unit within the Department of Social Services. Proposals should include a detailed description of the proposed system, the implementation process, the procedure and a timetable for the installation of the document imaging and management system, including the delineation of the roles and responsibilities of DSS and the Company. The proposal must provide a turnkey document imaging system, complete in all details, for immediate delivery and installation.
