The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for placement and compaction of various asphalt pavement on designated non-highway projects, as necessary by geographic Zone. This method of Bidding the Work calls for a separate Bid and separate Contract for each Zone. Zones for the purpose of this Request for Bids (“RFB”) are defined as follows:
Zone 1 and 2: This Zone includes the Towns of Blooming Grove, Cornwall, Crawford, Hamptonburgh, Highlands, Montgomery, Newburgh, New Windsor, and Woodbury, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns.
Zone 3 and 4: This Zone includes the Towns of Chester, Deerpark, Goshen, Greenville, Minisink, Monroe, Mount Hope, Tuxedo, Wallkill, Warwick, and Wawayanda, as well as all municipalities located within the borders of those Towns.
Statewide
