Summary of Specifications:
The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation will be replacing their existing Champion Dishwasher in their Dietary Department. The following are the Dishwasher Specifications for a new dishwasher and the Scope of Work for the project. The new dishwasher must accommodate all of the current items that are being washed at the facility; i.e. Aladdin insulated domed covers, Aladdin Insul Max Bases, insulated plate underliners along with patient trays, patient insulated mugs & bowls along with the staff cafeteria items which include the flat cafeteria trays, dishware, flatware and glassware. New Dishwasher must be capable of cleaning and drying a minimum of 7,000 pieces of dishware per hour.
