The County is seeking bids for rental of industrial grade work uniforms for the County’s Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Garage, the Port Jervis Transfer Station, New Hampton Transfer Station, Newburgh Transfer Station, and the Harriman Wastewater Treatment Facility as more particularly described in the Specifications portion of this RFB.
ARTICLE II, GROUP A – DPW GARAGE, #3:
(a) Vendor must provide a uniform locker for each employee at no additional cost to the County. Specifically, Vendor shall provide a total of four (4), six (6)-compartment Change-O-Matic locker units, or approved equal – three (3) to be located in the heavy equipment area and one (1) to be located in the central motor pool area.
(b) Vendor must also provide a total of two (2) baskets for soiled uniforms at no additional cost to the County – one (1) for each area of the DPW garage.
(c) Vendor must also provide a total of two (2) racks to place clothes hangers at no additional cost to the County – one (1) for each area of the DPW garage.
ARTICLE III, GROUP B – TRANSFER STATIONS, #3:
(a) Vendor must also provide a total of six (6) baskets for soiled uniforms at no additional cost to the County – two (2) for each transfer station location identified in this Article III.
(b) Vendor must also provide a total of three (3) racks to place clothes hangers at no additional cost to the County – one (1) for each transfer station location identified in this Article III.
ARTICLE IV, GROUP C – HARRIMAN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, #3:
(a) Vendor must provide a uniform locker for each employee at no additional cost to the County. Vendor shall provide a total of four (4) eight, (8)-compartment Change-O-Matic locker units, or approved equal.
(b) Vendor must also provide a total of two (2) baskets for soiled uniforms.
(c) Vendor must also provide one (1) rack to place clothes hangers at no additional cost to the County.
