Summary of Specifications:
Evacuate, remove, and dispose of one (1) existing centrifugal chiller from the site. Remove and dispose of seven (7) chilled water, hot water, and tower water pumps from the site. Remove one (1) cooling tower and prepare for disposal by others. Demolish and remove associated piping, insulation, and supports. Provide and install one (1) new water-cooled screw chiller, one (1) new open cooling tower, seven (7) new chilled water, hot water, and tower water pumps. Install associated piping, supports, and insulation. Startup and warranty new equipment for 1 year.
