Summary of Specifications:
The objective of this RFP is to identify a vendor that can offer ATM service machines at no cost to the County at several locations though out the County. The County plans to place ATM's at its high traffic volume areas. Since the County has not offered this service before, we do not have any history on the potential customer base or transaction volume.
