Summary of Specifications:
The Title Company shall furnish all labor and materials necessary or proper for title searches in connection with the in rem tax foreclosure of the 2002 delinquent real property tax liens (2001 Tax Levy), for the County of Dutchess. The Title Company and its employees shall possess a thorough knowledge of the elements of title searches in connection with in rem foreclosure proceedings (Article 11 RPTL). All work shall conform to the requirements of the County and the State of New York for title companies to authorize title policies.
